In this Kingdom Finance War Room, William Abraham of The 7000 continues to discuss the characteristics of REFORMATION. If we have a Victory such as Trump's win in the natural, a breakthrough in finances or others, what is the response? It should be Reformation! We should celebrate the win and then set about dismantling and destroying the works of the enemy. Like Nehemiah found: He had a victory in that the king allowed him to rebuild Jerusalem and funded the works.
Characteristic of Reformation No 5 - Reformation requires a posture of warfare - External. The response to victory is exemplified in Nehemiah's experience. There is RESISTANCE, followed by ridicule, anger, and then violence. The work of Reformation requires perseverance and a warfare standing regarding external resistance. No group hugs. There will be enemies. We must expect to face external resistance and attack- to be ready for the battle - we are the Is 61 Builders!
Characteristic of Reformation No 6 - Reformation requires a posture of warfare - Internal Victory is a test of our inner heart- what will you build when you are able? With victory enabling you, WHAT will you reform and rebuild? This is the Test of Success. There are many examples of failure at this point. King Amaziah had a great victory and then took the evil gods of the defeated enemy and worshipped them. David, finally a king in victory, fell into sin with Bathsheba.
Characteristic of Reformation No 7 -Kingdom DNA - In order to be Reformation, it must be built on a godly foundation and godly calling - it must have Kingdom DNA. We must raise a righteous standard and lift the name of Jesus.
Reformation is not an accident and does not just happen. Reformation is the work of destruction and rebuilding after victory.
